Crawl Space Encapsulation in Washington DC Townhome

Next, we installed SilverGlo insulation panels to improve energy efficiency and reflect heat back into the home. We then sealed the crawl space with a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, creating a moisture-proof barrier to protect the home from dampness and mold. Finally, we added a SaniDry Dehumidifier to maintain low humidity levels and ensure the crawl space stays dry year-round.
