Here is a crawlspace we fixed and fully encapsulated in Potomac, MD.
Water was entering this McLean, VA home via the front stoop and traveling down the foundation wall into the basement. In the before photo, you can see the evidence of water damage going down the back wall. We exposed this wall to the base of the footer and applied a liquid rubberized waterproofing sealant and drain board. This ensures that there will be no future water issues.
This homeowner was experiencing water issues in his basement that he believed to be resulting from foundation cracks. We installed a trench drain from the sump pump inside the basement to an exterior discharge line to make sre he'd never have any water issues in the future.
Before and after the addition of CarbonArmor to stabilize this customer's bowing basement walls.
This basement unit condo had pretty severe water damage that was causing mold and a musty odor. Water was entering the unit from a poorly constructed window well and from under the foundation slab. This made it very difficult for the community to get a tenant for the space, so they called NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair to come in an permanently fix the problem. We installed a full perimeter system, utilizing our CleanSpace vapor barrier and WaterGuard. Any worries about future water damage are now a thing of the past. The unit is clean, dry, and ready for occupancy!
