A Chimney That is Seperating from a Home in Nokesville VA

Ken from Nokesville VA gave NV Waterproofing a call after finding us during an internet search. He was noticing that his brick chimney was starting to pull away from his home and that had him very concerned. 

After listening to Ken's concerns, we set up an appointment for him to receive one of our free on-site estimates. Greg, one of our top foundation specialists, went out to his home, and determined that  Ken needed to have our Helical Piers installed to stabilize his chimney.

Our installation team installed two of the Helical Piers, which not only stabilized his chimney, but they also lifted the it back up to its original position. This put Kens mind at ease.

The Greenwich Presbyterian Church was experiencing some water issues in various places in the basement, which was home to numerous classrooms and areas where the youth group met. Water leaking into basement/ garage (the garage is part of the basement.) Through cracks in the floor and where the wall meets the floor. Its much worse in the garage than it is the basement but both would need to be reminded. The water in the garage can accumulate up to 2-3 inches and once its in it has no place to go. I have a dry and clean crawlspace 4' high. In the process of preparing for a new vapor barrier, I've discovered that the existing 4" corrugated inside drains are not actually connected at the corners or properly leveled. I need them to be re-installed properly, and drain down into a new, larger sump bucket. The area is 22' x 36'. I also have a smaller area under a new addition, properly drained, however I need a T-drain cut into the exiting pipe and routed to the 22' x 36' area. I've already jackhammered out a hole for the pipe, I just need the pipe connected and drained to the new sump bucked. Thank you.
