Hi NV Waterproofing -- I bought a house in Mt. Rainier about a year ago and at the time, had the seller install a French drain around the exterior at the recommendation of my inspector. This does not seem to have fully alleviated whatever issues are happening with the foundation, as some hairline cracks in the basement became much larger in early August and have continued to expand.
