A homeowner in Brandywine, MD contacted NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair after noticing their concrete steps leading down to the basement had begun to sink and settle, creating uneven surfaces and safety concerns. There were also visible cracks along the base of the steps near the drain area, allowing water to enter and worsen the damage over time. Wanting to restore safety and appearance without replacing the steps, the homeowner scheduled a free concrete repair estimate with our team.
Our crew used PolyLevel® polyurethane foam to carefully lift and level the sunken concrete steps and landing back into proper position. We then sealed the cracks and joints with NexusPro® joint sealant to help protect against water intrusion and future deterioration. The homeowner was thrilled with the smooth, stable results and happy to have safe, restored basement steps with minimal disruption to their property.
