A client in Kensington, MD was distressed about water infiltrating their basement maintenance room. Following a consultation with a plumber, it was determined that the root of the problem was a crack in the foundation. We proceeded to excavate and waterproof the exterior wall, then restored the dug-up area with seed and straw. This solution ensures that the client's basement remains dry.
A customer in Arlington, VA, was dealing with water damage in their basement. Our technical advisor conducted an in-depth inspection and discovered that the source of the water intrusion was the foundation walls. Following approval from the HOA and the acquisition of the necessary permits, and after our electrician had installed a dedicated electrical outlet, we proceeded with the installation of the waterproofing system.
The installation featured a Waterguard system designed to effectively channel water into a triple-safe sump pump. This sump pump then redirects the water into an external drainage system. The customer was extremely pleased to have a dry and safe basement, backed by a transferrable lifetime warranty.
