Basement Waterproofing in Washington DC

A homeowner in Washington, DC, was facing a serious issue with water flooding their basement during heavy rains. We installed a WaterGuard system to channel water away from the foundation and a TrenchDrain at the base of the walk-down steps to capture and redirect water before it could enter the basement. To further protect the space, we added a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to seal out moisture and installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump to efficiently remove water from the home. For added peace of mind, we included an IceGuard system to prevent water backup in the discharge line during freezing conditions.
