We were referred to NV Waterproofing from my brother-in-law who used them and was pleased.  They came out and gave us an estimate - they were very prompt.  We had the work done - it looked great and I am sure will do the job (only time will tell).  We did have a miscommunication with the work (mostly on our part), but the owner had it fixed promptly and without additional cost.  I would highly recommend them to anyone with water issues in their basement.

Had Bruce out to do an estimate. He gave us an honest assessment of the situation that no work was necessary. This was after a competitor used scare tactics to try to sell an 18,000$ solution. Highly recommend getting a second opinion (or first!) from NV before deciding on who will do your work. Very courteous and friendly as well.

A minor delay on the start day proved not to be a problem as the NV Waterproofing crew worked until 8:00 to ensure that the project stayed on schedule. Dust and debris from jack-hammering was far less than anticipated. In short, it was a satisfying experience to have a contractor that put so much attention into customer satisfaction. I cannot find fault worth mentioning without sounding picky from the start to final clean-up of the work site.

Foreman Casey and Installers Ricky and Zach did an awesome job. Extremely polite and professional. Explained every step of process in detail and answered all our questions. So happy I now have a dry basement. Highly recommend NV for top quality workmanship.

NV Waterproofing was extremely responsive and 100% committed to identifying our water problem and designing a solution. Their work was excellent. The crew was on time and organized. They were very careful to protect the exterior landscaping and the interior of our home from dirt and debris. Even two years later, they responded to a sump problem at no additional charge.
