80% complete at this point and very pleased thus far. We worked closely on a daily basis with Alfredo, who was a pleasure to work with. He explained the daily work plan, and demonstrated leadership as he led his team through a few challenges with delays, weather, and very cold temperatures. The work continued and we only have one more portion of our plan yet to be accomplished and I'm sure that will go very well. Also, the supervisors, Oscar and Roberto were very helpful in coming up with solutions to meet our needs.
