Brendan Feehan, was incredibly knowledgeable, and was able to solve every problem with my complex foundation and waterproofing issues. He was accessible to answer any questions I had throughout the process, and available to stop by as needed. Brendan is professional, helpful, and an expert in this profession. He's not just selling products. He understands the complexities of old and new construction and how to keep it stable and dry. Very impressed
Alfredo, David, and Javier were excellent! Alfredo Hernandez, the Foreman, kept me updated every step of the process, thoroughly answered every question I had, and addressed all concerns with expert problem solving and skill. These three men were in my home for a couple weeks doing extensive foundation and waterproofing work. They were always professional, courteous, and kept the work space clean. I was able to leave home for appointments with full confidence and trust in this crew. I am incredibly happy with the work of, and my experience with, Alfredo, David, and Javier, and I will be requesting this crew for any future work I need done!
I spoke with 6 companies in total. Many of them wanted to dig out my rock foundation and tar it... But the way rock foundations are built, that would have compromised it. Brendan was the first to say that, confirming what I thought. Everything he proposed and explained made sense and felt correct. I felt I could trust the company based on his knowledge, explanations, and proposal.
