Mauricio Carvalho

A professional who always likes helping people and thought this job would allow him to improve
people’s lives by making their space more comfortable, safe and enjoyable.

He was recruited by our Production Manager, who told him about the company’s reputation and
values. He has been a successful professional in the service industry for most of his adult life, and he
has always been focused on delivering excellent customer service.

He served as director of operations for a professional testing and certification center for more
than 400 niche industries- in areas including food safety, technology, health, finance and social
service examinations. He provided all management, personnel, training, customer service and daily
operations leadership for a business serving as a contractor for Fairfax, Arlington and Alexandria
health departments.

He was also an entrepreneur for many years in the service industry running all aspects of a “green” roof
cleaning business serving customers in the DC, Maryland and Virginia region. His company earned
highest ratings on Angie’s List, Yelp and other internet-based review platforms.
