The customer was concerned about cold floors and water in the crawlspace. After inspecting the property, our Technical Advisor recommended a full crawlspace encapsulation to address these issues. We suggested installing drainage matting, CleanSpace vapor barrier, and SilverGlo insulation. We also recommended wrapping the crawlspace piers for additional insulation. Our proposed encapsulation system would insulate the floors, keep moisture out of the crawlspace, and prevent future water accumulation issues.

A homeowner was dealing with issues of uneven and sagging floors on the ground floor of their property. Upon inspection by our team of technical advisors, it was determined that the support beams in the crawlspace required additional reinforcement.
