Our technical advisor conducted a thorough inspection to identify the sources of water intrusion in the basement. Based on the findings, we decided to install three window well drains and the WaterGuard system throughout the basement. This system channels water to a TripleSafe sump pump, which then expels it through a drainage line leading outside, away from the property. Additionally, we installed a Sedona dehumidifier to eliminate excess air humidity and lined the basement walls with a CleanSpace vapor barrier for further protection.
