We have a sagging floor over the crawl space in our split level, resulting in cracking drywall on wall and ceiling. 20' wooden center support joist probably needs stabilization or replacement. Crawlspace is approximately 5 feet high and easily accessible. May be interested in encapsulation as well depending on repair cost, but priority is repair.

Special Thanks to the foreman Casey and his crewman Grant, very hard workers. These guys were very professional answered all my questions, practiced social distancing and cdc recommendations with mask and gloves at all times.
