Customer noticed a large amount of cracks on the foundation walls of their home in Takoma Park, MD.

Solution

Inside the property, we fortified the foundation walls with; Carbon straps to prevent further cracking and bowing. Additionally, we carried out an excavation to set up five helical pier brackets. These brackets are engineered to support various structural loads, from the weight of porches to entire foundations, ensuring stability. The homeowner was satisfied with the outcome and reassured by the knowledge that their home's security is backed by a transferrable lifetime warranty.
