Challenge

A customer reached out regarding a metal deck above a concrete slab garage, which is deteriorating and urgently requires remediation.

Solution

Our technical advisor conducted a detailed inspection of the property and proposed a complete solution to address the issue of the deteriorating foundation. Once we obtained the necessary permit from the county, we commenced the work. The remediation involved installing three push piers around the foundation with a standard bracket, as well as implementing a smart jack system to reinforce the floor joist system above. Following the installation, we backfilled the excavated soil. The customer was satisfied with the outcome.
