The customer expressed worry about an excessive amount of soil eroding from the retaining wall adjacent to their driveway. Upon conducting their own examination, the homeowner also observed that the basement steps at the rear were beginning to separate from the main structure. Our technical advisor visited the property for a comprehensive assessment. During this inspection, the advisor identified cracks on the external walls of the foundation. The implemented solution involved fixing these cracks using NexusPro. We also cleaned out the gutters, extended the downspout, and rerouted the water using an external discharge line. Finally we regraded the existing retaining wall in order to redirect the water away from the foundation.
