The system included WaterGuard® interior drainage to collect water along the basement perimeter and direct it to the sump pump. CleanSpace® vapor barrier was installed along the foundation walls to help control moisture and create a cleaner, brighter appearance. A TripleSafe™ sump pump system with a backup battery was added for dependable pumping protection, even during power outages. IceGuard® was also installed on the discharge line to help prevent water from backing up if the line freezes or becomes blocked.
With the foundation stabilized and the waterproofing system in place, this Fulton, MD basement is now dry, protected, and ready to be finished.
