Solution

To provide a permanent fix, we engineered and installed a multi-component waterproofing system. First, we installed our patented WaterGuard® interior perimeter drainage system. Placed discreetly at the base of the foundation walls, this system captures any water seeping through the walls or from the wall/floor joint.

Next, we lined the basement walls with the CleanSpace® vapor barrier. This durable, bright white liner directs any moisture from the walls down into the WaterGuard® system, preventing it from entering the basement atmosphere and reducing humidity.

All captured water is channeled to a TripleSafe™ sump pump system. This powerful unit features three pumps, including a battery-backed pump, ensuring the basement stays dry even during severe storms and power outages. Finally, we installed an exterior drainage line to safely discharge all collected water far away from the home's foundation.

The results were immediate and lasting. The basement has remained completely dry through subsequent heavy rainfall, giving the homeowner valuable peace of mind.
