The install crew really out shined the rest
Jane was accommodating and responsive once permits finally came through

We used NV Waterproofing for foundation repair in Alexandria, VA. Once the crew was finally assigned, Eduardo Chavez, the foreman, made contact and visited before the start date to walk through the site plan and address any of my concerns. He and his crew were exceptionally professional. The last few years I have noticed a marked degradation in customer service aspects of many contractors and professionals we have needed for home renovations and repairs in the Northern VA area. But Eduardo reassured me that friendly, knowledgeable professionals do still exist! He and his crew communicated throughout the process, which took longer than planned and of course entailed unexpected circumstances (as with most homes over 100 years old). They were always on time, courteous, professional, and left the site cleaned up daily which we very much appreciated.

Jaime was responsive and friendly. He obviously knew what he was talking about, and make me feel more at ease about what I perceived was a significant structural issue.
