Sean Andrade was very helpful in trying to locate the source of the odor from the sump pump area of the basement. While not entirely sure of the source, he was very accommodating and patient with us. In addition, we should him some previous work and discovered the system is leaking. He immediately took charge of the problem, investigating the damage and taking pictures. He is going to follow-up on getting a repair crew out to fix the problem. Very impressed with his professionalism.

What made you choose our company:
Before we hired NVWaterproofing, we read the reviews online and your company was always rated one of the best. The salesperson, Bruce, now retired was extremely helpful in determining the correct solution. However, the second project was not completed correctly, as part of the installation was missed. It was completed but never seemed to do the job. And just yesterday, with Sean here, did we find out the it was even worse than before, saturating a corner of a room, destroying the affection section of carpeting, and damaging a bookcase that was located in that area. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved promptly.
