Challenge
Homeowner was concerned about the settlement of their property. Cracks in the basement floor led to tile lifting from the floor and movement of cement porch.
Solution
After a thorough inspection of our Technical advisor, the conclusion was not what the homeowner expected. The problem was not settlement of the foundation but where the drainage from the home was going. Our solution was to work on the drainage problems that were graiding into the property. We buried the downspouts and installed a Gutter clean out on the extension. We also installed a landscape outlet in order to run a Sanidry Sedona high performance dehumidification and air purification system.
