When purchasing this house the crawl space was neglected and it needs to be looked over and redone properly with good drainage and proper sealing. I have vents at a lower grade than the surrounding "yard" dirt and what seems like flimsy wooden ill fitting access doors. Just need a good look/ inspection to start with.
