·         Lead and develop our warehouse staff

·         Ensure needed inventory levels 

·         Ensure inventory is received and stored in an efficient and economical manner

·         Maintain warehouse to showroom level

·         Improve warehouse operations by determining product handling and storage requirements, developing, implementing, enforcing and evaluating policies and                       procedures for receiving product, equipment utilization, and inventory management

·         Oversee the company’s tool inventory program, including negotiation with vendors, ordering, storage, and maintenance

·         Confer with department managers to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with various departments

·         Ensure our production crews have a remarkable internal customer service experience

·         1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience 

·         Knowledge of purchase techniques and guidelines

·         Effective communication skills

·         Effective computer skills

·         Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder
