WHAT WE NEED FOR THIS ROLE
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Skill in operating a personal computer and programs
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English, including strong presentation skills.
Drive to customer homes on pre-scheduled appointments.
Build professional rapport with customers and determine their desired outcomes.
Carefully examine the customer’s home to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues.
Provide necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.
Complete the sale with the customer.
Follows up with the customer as needed.
A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company.
Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practices. (Helpful but not required)
