The customer voiced their concerns about the issue of water pooling in the crawlspace of their property, a problem which could potentially lead to structural damage and mold growth if left unaddressed. As a solution to this issue, we installed a high-quality SmartSump pump, complete with a liner. The SmartSump pump is designed to efficiently manage and remove excess water, thus preventing any water-related issues.

To complement the sump pump, we also put in place a discharge line which was seamlessly connected to a flowell. This setup is crucial to properly guide the water away from the property, thereby reducing the risk of water damage.

In addition to these measures, we integrated an Iceguard system into the discharge line. The purpose of this system is to prevent floods that can occur due to blockages or freezing within the discharge line, ensuring that the line remains functional even in colder weather conditions.

To wrap up our comprehensive repair and preventative work, we installed an Everlast access well and an Everlast door. These installations offer easy access for future maintenance or inspections, while also providing a secure and durable barrier against external elements.
