The downspout from our front gutter goes into a tube that runs under our front stoop. No rainwater is coming out the end of the tube at the bottom of the front stoop. Instead we are getting rain water squirting out the sides of the stoop and into our garage. We need the tube repaired somehow so that rainwater can once again properly flow from the downspout and then down and out the tube.
