I'm looking for someone to repair a hole in the foundation. The hole is about as round as a grapefruit and currently filled with spray foam insulation as a temporary measure to keep the mice out. It is however located behind the down spout and therefore hard to access. I'm looking for someone who can repair ASAP. Thank you!

I live in townhome in Frederick. During heavy sustained rains, our finished basement floods with water coming out from underneath the fireplace hearth. It is not a chimney issue. We also got flooded from same area after a neighbor accidentally left his water spigot on for 48 hours. There is no visible wall damage and water only comes in from a space underneath the hearth. Our backyard may not be graded properly too. So, we need an affordable and permanent fix. We are ready to hire. Need someone to come out, assess problem, give solution and estimate of work. TY. Waterproofing contractor about to install interior sub-floor drains and sumps just discovered my foundation is a monolithic slab and can't proceed. Wall seams leak and a couple cracks across the floor. Worsening problem. House is a simple rectangle, 45 x 24 =138 l.f. with relatively few obstructions (interior walls, 1 stairway. On a slope, 1/2 partly exposed. Most of wall/floor seam exposed, 1 small room w/damaged drywall, but it had previously put in a cove of waterproofing cement over much of it, which I believe would need to be removed to do a cove plate system. Will you do a job here outside Frederick? Time is of the essence--all furnishings of a working office and workshop are already stacked and covered in anticipation the system that I am told can't be installed.I would be interested to receive an estimate and recommendations. Thank you.
