We had a client who was quite worried about some foundation cracks in their garage. So, we sent our technical advisor over to the property to take a look. After a thorough investigation, our advisor came up with a comprehensive solution to fix the foundation problem. Here's what we did: First, we installed push piers. These provided the much-needed support to the foundation and helped prevent further cracking. Secondly, we buried the downspouts. This step ensured that there was better drainage and less pressure on the foundation. Thirdly, we fitted a LawnScape outlet at the end of the discharge line. This addition effectively diverted water away from the foundation, preventing any potential water damage. Lastly, we repoured the concrete in the garage. This created a smooth, renewed surface free of cracks. With these steps, we were able to successfully address the foundation concerns our client had.
