Eduardo went beyond usual service in that he was patient, answered all questions completely, cared for our belongings that could not be moved, phoned each morning as requested to say team would ' be there in 50 minutes', turned off lights and locked up at end of each work day. Team members were respectful of our home and its contents.
Crew left site tidy at end of each day. When job completed, damp moped away dusts & removed all debris> way above expectations :-)
We asked for estimates from several companies before selecting NVw. Price seemed reasonable. Service available within our time requirements. Presentation answered all our questions and provided educational material for us to read & compare across industry. We felt respected. Options offered were agreeable.
