Three workmen showed up yesterday at 9 AM, right on time. They were courteous, pleasant, and told us EXACTLY what they were going to do. Once they dug down to the sewer pipe, Jim was proved correct as the pipe was broken completely in half. Originally, Jim thought the job would take 2-3 days. Well the 3 gentlemen finished the job in one day, way beyond my expectations.
They were fast, accurate, and this experience is one of the most satisfying I’ve ever had while having work done on my house. I can’t thank you enough for the courtesy, speed and quality that your company provided. I am forever a customer, and if anyone asks, I will recommend your company as being the best in the business. I am writing this letter to commend members of your organization, Mr. Saravia and his crew, for the waterproofing work performed on and around the foundation of my house. Despite situations beyond the control of both me and Mr. Saravia, he always maintained his professionalism and demonstrated why he, in my opinion, is an outstanding representative of your organization. Mr. Saravia and his crew obviously knew what had to be done and went about doing it. They were prompt in arriving at work each day, were diligent in the performance of their duties (in spite of high heat and humidity), and took measures to ensure the safety around the excavated area (important because of children in the neighborhood). And, unlike other construction sites that I have seen, the crew maintained the area free of litter no small measure these days! In addition, Mr, Saravia always provided clear explanations of the work to be done each day, answering the questions with forthright and clear responses, never hurrying the discussion. As I was not on site while work was being done, Mr. Saravia called me several times, taking those extra steps to keep me informed of the status of the work and aware of the tasks yet to be performed something that is greatly appreciated.
