- Interior and exterior drainage systems:
- Being a full service waterproofing company, we offer interior waterproofing systems that will protect your home by removing ground water from your foundation walls and basement and also exterior water management systems that will help keep your basement dry by directing surface water away from your house.
- Back-up sump pump systems:
- We install a variety of Emergency Battery backup sump pump systems.
- Window wells and drains:
- Our technicians can replace your old rusted window wells with brand new galvanized wells, or if you are remodeling we offer one piece fiberglass egress window wells with clear Plexiglas covers. We also offer a variety of drainage solutions to meet your specific needs.
- Drain/Protection Board:
- All of our custom exterior waterproofing membrane systems are guarded against acidic ground water and protected against puncturing during the system application by the installation of MiraDrain polystyrene protection/drain board.
- Erosion control:
- Our estimators can tell you if your problem can be solved with the installation of terracing, retaining walls, or creative surface water management systems.
- Commercial sealants:
- Vertical and horizontal: We offer a variety of sealant materials that can be applied to walls (above or below grade) or decks. We also offer UV sun light friendly clear and solid sealant.
- Crack repair:
- Our technicians can repair cracks in solid concrete walls without having to excavate on the exterior of your foundation. Our polyurethane injections are done in one day and are guaranteed for 20 years.
- Sheet and liquid waterproofing membranes:
- We install the highest quality commercial grade waterproofing membranes on all of our exterior waterproofing projects. Each job usually consists of the following:
- Wall prep
- Waterproofing membrane
- Protection/drain board
- Termination bar
- Drain tile system

- Creative yard drainage systems:
- Installing catch basins, french drains (gravel or sod covered) and regrading are some of the methods we use in re-directing surface water or drying out wet soggy areas in your lawn.
- French Drains
- French drains (often called "Under Drains") are an effective way to control storm run off and wet yard conditions. Basic French drains are simply 12" and 24" trenches or swales filled with gravel. We install modified or enhanced French drains which can be installed with any width or depth and have a pipe and geotech filter fabric to enhance the effectiveness and longevity of the system. The system can also be covered with sod for aesthetic reasons.
- Structural repairs:
- We have over 20 years experience in structural repair on concrete and block foundations. Whatever your foundation walls need - either underpinning the foundation to stop settling or strengthening the interior basement walls - our technicians can handle the job.
- Re-Grading:
- The back fill around your house starts to settle over time from rain and over mulching. Adding compacted soil (clay/top soil blend) around the base of your foundation can redirect surface water away from your house. One inch of rain water over one acre is 27,500 gallons of water. It's very important to keep water away from your foundation.
- New sump pumps:
- Our technicians can replace your old sump pump with a new caste iron submersible Zoeller sump. We also offer a three-year extended warranty with our pumps.
- Driveway drains:
- We install different types of channel drains that can extend all the way across driveways to control surface water. It is also possible to strategically place catch basins in or around driveways to achieve the same result.
- Mold prevention:
- Mold can be controlled by controlling the moisture in your walls and floor. We also use a product "Healthy Walls". NV Waterproofing is the only licensed distributor of this product. Healthy Walls is a clear penetrating wall sealer and mold retardant.
- Downspout drainage systems:
- One downspout from a 30 to 40 foot roof gutter can generate over 60 gallons of run off per minute. It is important to get and keep this water away from your foundation as quickly as possible. Let our estimators design a buried solid pipe drainage system for your house. We use the highest grade materials and also install clean-out for each down spout for maintenance. This system can be taken to the curb or storm drain or run to daylight.
